Before Dove
A quiet kid recruited from Wichita, Kansas, I did my talking on the glass at Stephen F. Austin State University, where I played center for the Ladyjacks as Antoinette “Annie” Norris. I finished with 2,062 points and 1,360 rebounds, set the school single-game rebounding record with 27, and became the first Ladyjack named Southland Conference Player of the Year.
The honors followed: the Southland Conference All-Decade Team and induction into the Stephen F. Austin State University (SFA) Athletics Hall of Fame.
Then five years of professional basketball across Europe, South America, and the Middle East. Got game? Will travel.
I Dance Every Day at Work.
Reporting that something failed is only the start. I identify the mechanism, isolate the root cause, describe the conditions under which it will recur, and attach a plan to fix it.
