FOCUS Community Program
Co-founded FOCUS (Faith, Obedience, Commitment, Unity, Sacrifice), a grant-funded program that served more than 150 learners. Created the curriculum and trained more than 30 Dow Chemical engineers and Plant Processors to deliver it across a multilingual, distributed workforce. The program reached a 93% completion rate.
